Our Lifetime Guarantee on Body and Paint Work

Our team of professionals at Southlake Collision Center would like you to have the best possible automotive repair service. To accomplish this, we would like you to know the repairs that have been performed by Southlake Collision Center, as listed on the repair estimate, are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle, unless caused by, or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.

Parts and materials will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the guarantee of the supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. Any paint or body work covered by this guarantee will be redone at our expense, or at our option to refund or adjust the purchase price for that portion of the work.

Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, or vandalism damage, unreasonable use or care of vehicle are excluded from this guarantee.

This document, which is nontransferable, is complete and exclusive statement between the customer and repairer, and contains all the representation of the parties. This guarantee shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade.
